Overview

A range of Marina Berths, located just a 2 minute walk from the Innisfail CBD, are offered for sale. The berths range from 12 to 20 metres. These can be either purchased when you buy an investment unit in River Grande or purchased independently. Prices start at $55,000 for a 12 metre berth, up to $75,000 for a 20 metre berth for an initial period of approx 18 years. Weekly Occupancy Contribution is just $37.88 per berth. The Contribution covers: Admin Fees - Account Keeping Fees & Management expenses Electricity, Fire Control - Regular maintenance / testing of safety / fire equipment Maintenance - Repairs / cleaning / general upkeep Insurance - $20 million Public Liability and Flood Insurance WH&S - Regular Pontoon Testing. Weekly rental charges vary according to vessel size. Currently there are 3 live-aboard and 4 week by week boats - each paying $100 per week plus a varying number of casual rentals from day to day. Casual rates vary from around $45 per night. Full shower and toilet facilities (public facility) adjoins the Marina. Refuelling at the marina is provided by BP. Subloo's Innisfail Marina is the only marina facility available in the area.
